However it is vital that all of your bookings are entered online so that you receive an approved booking of your schedule of visits via email. We don’t want anything to be missed.
Once the booking is made online we take the following steps:
1. It’s approved in the office and you receive confirmation of your booking
2. Your Sitter or Walker is advised of the Booking
3. Each day the office and Sitter/Walker is notified of the days work
4. We confirm your visits are done each day – so NOTHING is EVER missed.
As you can imagine without this automated system that’s a lot of bits of paper and post it notes that could get lost or blown away!
How Do You Book A Pet Sitter Online?
At the initial booking stage you are also asked to add all of your Pet Care Instructions to the system so we know exactly how you would like us to take care of your pets. We ask EVERYTHING about your pet care routine to make sure we do the best job possible.
So once you are ready to book again – you can go online enter your booking and pay online.
Once your booking is received in the office, we approve it, your pet sitter is notified and you receive confirmation via email of all the dates you have booked.
