Tara Flynn
She’s one of Ireland’s brightest and most talented stars – actress, voice artiste, improviser, columnist, and comedienne – Tara Flynn leads off the list of our three prestigious judges. Flynn generated national conversation and garnered international acclaim in 2013 with her The Racist B&B, a satirical anti-racism video. Later that year, she was crowned the Satirist of the Year by the Swift Satire Festival.
Flynn has appeared on such television shows as Stewart Lee’s Comedy Vehicle, The Omid Djalili Show, and The Impressions Show with Culshaw & Stephenson. She also earned a spot on the “50 Funny Women to Follow on Twitter,” announced by Huffington Post UK. David McCauley
Esteemed Irish photographer David McCauley lends his photography expertise as the second judge in this year’s Nose of Tralee competition.
With more than 20 years of photography experience, McCauley provides clients with poignant and treasured memories of weddings, confirmations, business events, pets, and a host of other events and celebrations.
In addition to judging the 2014 Nose of Tralee, McCauley is the photographer who will hold a photo shoot for the winner of this year’s contest.

Lorna Sixsmith
Rounding out our panel of acclaimed judges is farmerette, teacher, and author of Would You Marry A Farmer?, Lorna Sixsmith. Sixmith, along with her husband Brian, own a dairy farm in the southeast of Ireland. She turned her adventures on the farm into the humourous book Would You Marry A Farmer?, which will help you decide if marrying a farmer is really right for you. And, if you find you’re suitable for a farming lifestyle, Sixsmith’s book teaches you how to hook and to train your dream farmer.
Sixsmith is also an educator, teaching social media and providing social media training and content services in Ireland.
