We are really transparent when answering customer questions on our website and have a great Pet Learning Centre where you can really get to know us. So when a customer asked us the other day if they could ring us when they were on holiday and ask questions I was quite surprised I had never covered the answer to the question ‘How Can I Contact Pet Sitters Ireland’ on our website.

I think I wrongly assumed that people would realise they could of course call us any time they liked.

This particular customer had been researching his different pet care options. He was looking at directories of pet sitters and also other small companies, and one of the things that was really important to him was knowing that he could get in touch with the owners of the company whenever he needed to.

There are 2 ways to request services:

  1. Give Us a Call and we can take details over the phone from you. We will run through the entire process of what happens and then set you up with your schedule.
  2. Book Online. If you are a regular customer you can just book services online as you need them. Some people prefer to do everything online while other like to talk to someone in person.
