Just a quick email to thank you sincerely for taking care  of Mr. Pip and Tilly whilst I was in London. I pretty sure neither actually noticed my absent and both were fairly nonchalant about my return! Both received wonderful care and attention and their routine went undisturbed thanks to your professionalism and unobtrusive methodology. Also, it was a very reassuring gesture keeping me updated whilst I was away.  It’s a wonderful service and a major weight off my mind to have you guys stepping in the breach when I’m around.
Thanks again Mike and Pip & Till look forward to your next visit!
Best wishes, Maureen
