There is nothing more that a dog loves than having the chance to go for a run, play with other dogs and enjoy the freedom that a dog park can offer.
We don’t have many Dog Parks in Ireland at the moment, but we hope that the numbers will increase and this list will grow and include Dog Parks from every county.
Note: We are only including off lead enclosed Dog Parks which are fenced.

Westmeath Off Lead Dog Parks
The three-acre Park located between the Royal Canal and the Old Mullingar-Athlone Rail Line can be accessed from the Royal Canal and Old Rail Trail Greenways. The Park is also conveniently located beside the Old Rail Trail Car Park.
The new Dog Park is divided into two different sections to separate larger/medium-sized dogs from smaller dogs. Smaller dogs (<15kg) may only access their designated section of the Dog Park. The same principle applies to larger/medium-sized dogs (>15kg) who may also only access their particular section of the Dog Park. Owners/users must ensure that their dog remains within their designated section.
If you know of any fenced Dog Parks in Ireland then please let us know via the contact form or in the comments below and we will add them to the list.
