This week we talk to Aine from Dublin and find out about her Guide Dog Muffin and how using a Dog Walking service benefits both her and Muffin.
Tell us a little about your pets?
I currently have two animals, Muffin who is a Collie x and Tarka a white cat with black patches who was rescued with the assistance of Pet Sitters Ireland!
What made you decide to use a Dog Walker?
Muffin is my guide dog and I found giving him free runs in an open space quite difficult. I was always afraid I might lose him! For this reason I decided to look for a dog walking service who may be able to take him for free runs.
What do you find are the benefits to you and your pet of using a Dog Walker?
One of the biggest benefits for me in using the dog walking service has been that Muffin now gets a free run at a cost that is reasonable and affordable for me.
What is the most important thing to you when you use this service?
One of the most important things for me is that the service is customer centred and very flexible.
Why did you choose Pet Sitters Ireland as your service provider?
When I was looking for a dog walking service, I did an internet search, found Pet Sitters Ireland and emailed them. I got a response very quickly and found that they seemed to be interested in finding out the type of service that I wanted and were prepared to tailor their services to my needs. So I decided to choose them as my dog walking service.
What has been your experience of using Pet Sitters Ireland so far?
I have now been using Pet Sitters Ireland for 15 months. I have found their prices reasonable, the service is flexible and individually tailored, if and when problems do arise, they are dealt with very quickly. My overall experience has been that the customer always comes first, in my own case, together with the customer’s dog!!
