F.A.Q.

What if my pet gets sick?

Our first priority is to your pet, so having already taken your vets details at the first meeting we would contact your vet. We would then contact you and keep you updated of their progress.

Do I need to provide food?

Yes, we would always feed them the food that you leave out for us. We would also stick to your instructions in terms of portion size.

When do I pay for the services?

We always ask you to pay at the start of the visits.

Do you look after other animals?

We can look after any animals, please just ask!

Can I bring my pet to your house?

We do not have the facility to board animals, the purpose of a pet sitter is to not take your pet out of their usual and familar environment.

How do I know that I can trust you with my pet and my house?

Not only do we interview and check our pet sitters and dog walked references, but we do our utmost to get them Garda clearance checked, and if I wouldn’t let that person into my home to look after my pets, I wouldn’t let them in to yours. More importantly you have the last say, after the Meet & Greet, if it’s not a good match call the office and we will send you someone else.

Is the Pet Sitter local to me?

Yes, in most cases the Pet Sitter will be local to you but on occasion we may have to bring a pet sitter from another area to facilitate your needs.

Will I get the same Pet Sitter every time I use the service?

Yes, for good continuity and pet care maintenance we will always send the same pet sitter back to look after your pets, and if we can’t we will arrange a Meet & Greet for you to meet them to make sure it’s a good match.
