Getting a new dog and bringing them into a house with cats can cause a bit of unrest in the house. This obviously depends on the cat and the dog, and their experiences with other cats and dogs.

When we brought Coco home from the pound I never thought that her and Top Cat would become friends.

Coco was so frightened of the cat, and it was as if TC smelt her fear. He took every opportunity to have a swipe at her as she passed.

So to see this only a few weeks later was wonderful.

 

 My only tip is to leave them to it to sort it out themselves. Obviously as long as no-one is getting hurt!
