We know ourselves that sometimes when you visit a site that you have questions that you want to ask, and you perhaps don’t have time to write an email to the company.

That’s why we added an online chat facility to our blog, giving you the chance to ask us a quick question while you are looking at the site.

So if you just want to know whether we are free to take care of your pet this weekend or you just want to say hello, then click on the chat box at the bottom right handside of the screen and if we are online at the same time as you we will reply.
